Come experience Sound Healing Immersion with Certified Sound Healing Masters Done & Jane Smith. Boys and girls, ages 11-15, learn safe and nurturing childcare techniques, behavior managements skills, and how to handle emergencies when caring for children.

Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.

The YMCA provides a program on early dismissal days, located for your convenience, AT THE SCHOOL! Healthy snacks, daily activities and adult supervision are available to keep children safe, active and engaged. Registration and fee are due the Thursday before the event. K-5 are welcome to attend. Youth must be picked up at 4:00 pm from the elementary side of the building.
Learn the basic of self defense with us on Saturday June 9th from 11-12 pm.
The cost is $20 per participant and we ask that you preregister by June 7th.
